On 8th June 2015, the paper counterpart of all UK licences were abolished and are no longer valid. Due to this change, hire companies will now be required to manually check all UK licences online. To conduct this check, we require drivers to provide us with a code which can be generated on the government website (gov.uk).

- National Insurance Number
- Postcode on your Licence
1) Visit https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
2) Click “View now”
3) Enter your details
4) Provide consent
5) Click “View now”
6) Click “Share your licence information”
7) Click “Get a code”
8) Retrieve code
9) Send us your code
E-mail your code to us at info@rewardvanhire.co.uk
Please include your Driving Licence Number and booking reference name/number.
As the code has a 72 hour expiry time, we recommend supplying a code
no more than two weeks in advance of your rental
