Customer advice COVID-19

UPDATE: Wearing a face covering in shops and supermarkets in England is to become mandatory from 24 July. Customers must wear a mask when they enter our office.

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the safety of our passengers and employees is our primary concern. We shall be following government recommendations closely, and with changes to government advice around the pandemic, we wanted to keep you updated on our COVID-19 guidelines.

Most importantly, with new guidelines in place from the government that anyone displaying symptoms should self-isolate for seven days, we are asking customers to ensure they are symptom-free before booking. Our staff shall also be following this government advice.

We are also putting additional measures in place to help fight the spread of the virus. All of our vehicles will be subject to extensive cleaning, including the disinfecting of the cabin and frequently touched areas (such as door handles) between hires.

Staff shall be regularly washing and sanitising their hands, along with regularly disinfecting the office with focus on areas frequented by customers (e.g. payment terminals and stationary).

We continue to operate our normal services and are continuing to monitor government guidelines closely. We have made preparation to make any necessary changes to protect you and our employees.

If you have any concerns relating to your booking or possible hire, please contact us directly by phone or email.
